I know I'm probably the last person to be able to judge about this kind of thing, but you have serious issues. [Meaning, why did I spend the whole flood stalking people I don't like. :|]

[So, while Luther's someone who definitely keeps to himself, he does actually spend a lot of time outside of his room. It's his old dorm from St. Michael's, and he's got very little interest in hanging out there and being reminded of things like Robbie or what had happened in general, so except for sleeping and occasional periods of 'I just need somewhere to be by myself for a while', he tends to avoid it.

And today, is in the gym shooting hoops. It's quasi mindless, and he's not great at it, but it's something to do when you don't feel like reading and don't know how to fight or really have any interest in learning. He's been in here for a while, minding his own business and probably wouldn't really be opposed to playing with someone else, honestly. Breaks up the rhythm.]

[He doesn't like talking about it because it makes him emotional and like he doesn't have any control over what's happening, so. Have fun with the cracks in the facade, Tim. :|] It was supposed to be a secret. I had everything under control, and Robbie screwed everything up.

[Good, it SHOULD make him emotional. After Sylar, he has learned to be really really glad when emotion pops up.]

He felt guilty.

I don't care if he felt guilty, we both would have ended up in a cell for the rest of our lives, and if he'd just trusted me we would have been fine.

At worst, you'd have served four years for involuntary manslaughter. He wanted to own up to his mistakes, Luther.

We wouldn't have had to do anything if he'd just kept his mouth shut.

But he didn't.

And you shot him. Please don't tell me you don't feel guilty about that.

Of course I feel guilty about it! I shot my best friend because he was going to rat me out. Do you think I wanted that to happen?

Of course not. If it happened again, right now - if you could go back to that moment, with that guilt, and that hindsight - would you shoot him again? For ratting you out?

I don't- [He doesn't know. He really doesn't know. Honestly, he'd rather have just shot himself and gotten everything over it.] I didn't want to kill him.

I know. [And he makes his voice gentle, careful, because he's seen kids like Luther before, kids who got messed up in the wrong thing and made bad mistakes and felt like they were in so deep they couldn't do anything to fix it.

He knew that feeling.] I know you didn't. But you took his life. You took it from him, because he was going to take your secret. You need to think about that.

[Luther really doesn't know what he wants to say to that, because he does think about it, and while at the time, maybe he hadn't been that sorry, maybe he didn't really regret it, he'd still let the cop shoot him. He still wanted to die, because his life had been falling apart and he didn't want to deal with any of it anymore, because now he was a murderer, shooting Robbie hadn't really been an accident.

And it sort of feels like maybe he's sorry, maybe a little, but he doesn't know if it's really for the right reasons, and he doesn't know how to answer, so he's just going to hang up. :V]
